This Privacy Policy explains how Stablecoin Finance Hub ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website at stablecoinfinancehub.com and our stablecoin-based payroll, treasury, and business finance services (collectively, the "Services").

This policy applies to information we collect from businesses that open accounts with us, individual employees or contractors who receive payments through our platform, and visitors to our website. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  • Identity verification data: For individuals associated with an account (e.g., authorized signers, administrators) and for employees or contractors receiving payments, we collect name, date of birth, government-issued ID number, address, and, where permitted, a copy of the ID document.
  • Payroll and treasury data: To process payroll and treasury transactions, we collect employee/contractor names, wallet addresses, payment amounts, bank account details (for off-ramping), and transaction history.
  • Communications: If you contact us, we collect the content of your messages, including email and phone records.

These providers are contractually required to protect the information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • Financial institutions and blockchain networks: To process transactions, we may share information with banks, stablecoin issuers, and liquidity providers. Note that blockchain transactions are public by nature; we do not control the public visibility of on-chain data.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities: We may disclose information to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory requests, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.
