About Stablecoin Finance Hub
Who we are
Stablecoin Finance Hub is a research and advisory firm focused on stablecoin operations for businesses. We are not a payments processor, a wallet provider, or a token issuer. Our work is to document how companies actually use stablecoins for payroll, treasury, and business finance, and to help finance teams avoid the mistakes that cost money and time.
We started in 2022 after watching two kinds of failures repeat. First, companies would announce a stablecoin payroll pilot, run it for one cycle, and quietly stop because reconciliation took three days and the controller could not tie out the balances. Second, treasury teams would move idle cash into stablecoins without a clear policy on counterparty risk, and then discover that their auditors had questions no one could answer. The gap was not technology. It was operational knowledge.
What we do
We publish case studies, run peer working groups, and advise finance leaders on stablecoin workflows. Our research covers the parts that are easy to get wrong: on- and off-ramp timing, ledger mapping, tax treatment across jurisdictions, and the controls that keep a stablecoin balance from becoming a blind spot.
We do not sell software or take referral fees from platforms. Clients pay us for research and advice, and that is the only revenue we accept. When we evaluate a vendor or a chain, we disclose any prior work with that company in the report.
Our mission
Our mission is to make stablecoin operations boring. A payroll run should not depend on a founder's personal wallet. A treasury policy should not be a screenshot of a dashboard. We want every finance team to have a written procedure that a new controller can follow on day one, and an audit trail that satisfies an external reviewer without a scramble.
Our values
Evidence over enthusiasm. We report what we observe in live operations, including the failures. If we have not seen a process work at scale, we say so.
Specificity. We name the ledger account, the cutoff time, the reconciliation step. General advice about "embracing digital assets" helps no one close the books.
Independence. We do not accept payment for coverage, and we do not let a vendor review a report before publication. We will correct factual errors, but we will not soften a finding to protect a relationship.
Confidentiality. Our case studies are anonymized unless the company chooses to be named. We remove amounts, counterparties, and any detail that could identify a client without written consent.
Our team
The team combines controllers, treasury analysts, and systems auditors who have run close processes at companies ranging from 40 to 4,000 employees. Our lead researcher spent six years in corporate accounting before moving into fintech operations, and our advisory group includes a former Big Four audit manager who specializes in digital asset controls.
We are a small firm by design. Every engagement is handled by someone who has personally reconciled a stablecoin payroll run, not by a junior analyst reading from a template.
Why trust us
We publish our methodology, including how we select case study participants and how we handle conflicts. Our research is funded by subscriptions and advisory fees, not by token issuers or exchanges. When we get something wrong, we publish a correction with the date and the change.
If you want to know whether a stablecoin process will survive an audit, a staff turnover, or a bank holiday, we can tell you what we have seen. That is the whole business.
